The new location will open at 1314 U St. NW, replacing The Smith restaurant, which shuttered two years ago, according to WTOP News. The restaurant has a location in Bethesda.

Sports & Social is operated by Live! Hospitality & Entertainment which is part of real estate developers The Cordish Companies. The hospitality company owns several casinos and operates over 100 sports-centric venues.

The new Sports & Social location opening in DC will span 7,300 square feet and it will feature a 25-foot LED media wall and over 20 HDTVs, which according to the restaurant’s website is the “next best thing to watching the game at the stadium.”

The restaurant will offer an “elevated dining” experience for guests that includes dishes made from scratch and curated cocktails. Live music and interactive social games will also be available.
