The chain, which is set to occupy 60,000 square feet at 21000 Dulles Town Cir, will offer myriad ways for visitors to enjoy their evening, ranging from bowling to enjoying a superior meal in the restaurant and sports bar. Local franchisee Mutyala Potnuru spoke with What Now DC about bringing the excitement of 810 Billiards & Bowling to the Northern Virginia community. “This is, in our opinion, the hub for all the communities.” he states, adding “Ashburn, Sterling, Great Falls-all of those communities, this is near all those locations. And it has a need for this kind of family entertainment center.”

Potnuru believes 810 Billiards & Bowling will meet a very distinct need in both the Sterling economy and local community. He explains: “The market trend for the family entertainment centers is growing fast. And I try to catch up with the market, and want to make a great place for families to hang out.”

810 Billiards & Bowling promises to provide plenty of exciting options to families who don’t want sacrifice a delicious meal to enjoy a unique evening of entertainment and fun. Potnuru describes the 810 experience, saying “It’s a place where multiple activities are under one roof. Billiards, bowling, axe-throwing, an upscale restaurant and bar, an arcade, mini golf, laser tag and “Mean Mugs” ice creams… It’s the kind of place for all age groups to have fun.”

Potnuru plans to make 810 Billiards a multi-functional entertainment center that can accommodate a team-building exercise as easily as a family birthday party. He states: “We want to make it a place for family get-togethers or corporate get-togethers.”, adding that a large component of the concept’s appeal is its delicious cuisine. Bowlers won’t need to settle for hot dogs and beer at 810 Billiards & Bowling. Potnuru says: “Some bowling places, the food is not up to the mark, but here the food is upscale dining. It seats more than 100, it’s a good space, good sized restaurant and sports bar.”

810 Billiards & Bowlings is still in the relatively early stages of development. Potnuru states: “Right now our architect is working on the drawings. Hopefully by August we will start on the construction.”

Potnuru tells Northern Virginia citizens that they can look forward to enjoying the 810 Billiards & Bowling experience in early 2025.

Above all else, Potnuru hopes to make 810 Billiards & Bowling a welcoming and rewarding part of Northern Virginia’s hospitality scene. “We are hoping to serve the community as they expect, and surpassing their expectations.” he states.
