The concept’s latest location will include a full-service bar and restaurant when it opens at 1 Saarinen Cir. An opening timeline is not currently available, however Gatsby will be one of several new arrivals intended to elevate the travel experience at the transportation hub. Dulles is also welcoming Sfoglina and Rappahannock Oyster Co.

Knead opened the original Gatsby location in 2021, and immediately began earning fans and acclaim with its sophisticated decoration and unique cuisine.

Gatsby currently has a location in operation at 1205 Half Street, Suite 205, in Washington, DC. The concept, described as a “contemporary diner + bakery”, features delicious interpretations of favorites ranging from burgers to salads, and delectable craft cocktails. The interior design reflects the muted elegance of the Prohibition era suggested by the eatery’s name.
