NYC-Based Dos Toros Taqueria Will Open Three Locations in DC

Dos Toros Taqueria, an NYC-based Mexican restaurant, will open three locations in DC, according to liquor license applications that were filed on Friday.

Brothers Oliver and Leo Kremer, Dos Toros Taqueria co-owners, plan to open a location at 1350 Connecticut Ave. NW, which can seat up to 65 guests indoors and 25 people outdoors at its sidewalk cafe. The second location will be at 700 7th St. NW, with a seating capacity for 70 guests and outdoor seating that can take up to 25 people. 

The third Dos Toros Taqueria will be located at 215 Pennsylvania Ave. SE, seating up to 50 guests indoors and 20 guests outdoors, according to the liquor license application. The opening dates for each restaurant are yet to be announced.

Dos Toros is a San Francisco-style taqueria with over a dozen locations in New York City. It is known for serving fresh salads, quesadillas, burritos, and tacos. The restaurant’s menu also features many plant-based options.
