The concept, founded by the minds behind the Barcelona Wine Bar, is moving into 11950 Democracy Drive, a space which last housed Mon Ami Gabi. While many long suspected Corsica would be moving into the space, confirmation only came this week.

While an opening timeline isn’t currently available, future regulars can use the formula laid out by the eatery’s other location to formulate a reasonable notion of what to expect from Corsica. As one can reasonably assume from the name, the concept features an impressive list of wines to sip from. Hungry visitors can look forward to enjoying small plates with a French mediterranean flair, ranging from poutine chez pigna to Corsican frites.

Corsica Wine Bar currently has only one open location in Denver. However, Reston residents hoping to scratch the vino itch can check out the Barcelona Wine Bar, also located at the Reston Town Center.
