Construction will begin on the cafe at 2401 Ronald Reagan National Airport Access Road in Arlington later this year. Because a precise date is not yet available for the onset of construction, it is impossible to provide a reasonable estimate for when Starbucks will begin serving coffee to airport customers, however it is unlikely the cafe will open before 2025.

Starbucks has been well-loved since its inception in 1971. The chain has a staggering 17,068 shops in the United States. The cafe is certain to be a huge draw upon opening at the DCA, owing to its popular bakery options as well as its range of coffee drinks, both hot and chilled.
