The ink is freshly dried on Clarke’s three-unit agreement with the burgeoning brand, so specific locations are not yet available. However, sites are being scouted, with particular attention being paid to Centreville, Haymarket, and Bristow.
Though it is still early in the development process, Virginia diners won’t have to wait too long to sample a slice of Marco’s pizza. The first of the three locations will be opening in Q2 of 2025.
Marco’s first began tossing pies in Ohio in 1978. The chain has earned considerable acclaim since its debut; its fare has landed the restaurant the number 8 spot on Pizza Today’s list of the top 100 Pizza Chains in 2017, as well as the number 2 ranking on Business Insider’s list of the 25 Best Fast Food Chains in America.
In addition to the titular pizzas, future regulars can look forward to a selection of pizza bowls, subs, salads, and sides.
