Giulio Adriani will be bringing his celebrated pies to 1155 Dahlia Street NW within the next three months. The space will allow Slice & Pie to greet and feed up to 26 customers.
Established fans of the concept can look forward to the pizza they’ve come to love, as well as some notable additions to the menu, including an expanded selection of panini sandwiches, lasagna, smash burgers, and homemade gelato. The pizza, however, will remain the star, with the restaurant centering Adriani’s delicious New York and Detroit-style pies.
Adriani brings considerable experience and knowledge to his passion project; the pizzaiolo trained classically in Naples and has 30 years of experience under his apron.
Slice & Pie will continue serving guests at its original location at 2221 14th Street, NW.
